A pair of semi-detached houses on a brownfield site in a conservation area of this market town.
The construction is of SIPS panels with slate roofs and fibre cement rainscreen cladding.
The basic external appearance relies on well detailed secondary elements to soften the simple geometry of the basic structure. Glazed verandahs, grilled gutter channels, rainwater systems, gates and garden steps are largely or entirely of galvanized steel.
